Please see below information regarding River Tree Health policies.
Payment of Fees Due on the Day
Clients are required to pay full fees at the time of consultation, unless on the membership program. Payment can be made by cash, credit card or EFTPOS.
River Tree Health’s programs are sought after and for some programs this means there is a waiting list. We appreciate that our clients have chosen to invest in their future with us, but we still aim to keep waiting lists to a minimum time. If unable to attend a scheduled appointment, we ask that you call 3036 2744 to allow us to move another client into that session. A fee will be charged for non-attendance or cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled appointment.
Medicare Rebate Restictions
